About us

A builder that stays on your job until it is finished

Heathrow Construction has been building and rebuilding houses in Central Florida since 2004. We run few projects at a time on purpose.

We took the opposite lesson from the boom

Central Florida spent two decades rewarding builders for volume. Crews got spread across six houses, superintendents got handed twelve, and the homeowner became the only person tracking their own project.

We went the other way. Fewer houses per crew, one superintendent per job, and a schedule we publish instead of one we keep in a truck. It is a slower business to run and a considerably calmer one to hire.

Twenty years in, most of our work arrives through homeowners who have already been through a bad build somewhere else and are not interested in repeating it.

How we operate

Four commitments, in writing, on every contract

One superintendent per house

The person who pours your footings walks your punch list. Nothing about your project gets learned from a binder by someone new in month nine.

Open the wall before quoting the finish

On renovations we investigate before we price. The number you sign is based on what is actually behind the drywall, not on an optimistic guess.

The schedule is published

You get a week-by-week schedule before demolition and an update every Friday. If a date moves, you hear it from us first.

Photograph what gets covered

Pan tests, flashing, rough-in — the work that disappears behind finish goes in your project file as photographs.

The sequence

What happens after you call

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

We meet at the property, not at a showroom. An hour on site tells us more about what your project costs than any questionnaire.

  2. 02

    Drawings & number

You get stamped drawings and a line-item price built from real subcontractor bids — not an allowance sheet that inflates later.

  3. 03

    Permit & schedule

We submit to the county and publish a week-by-week schedule you can hold us to. You will know what happens the week of March 12.

  4. 04

    Build & hand-off

One superintendent, one crew, weekly photo updates. We close with a punch list you write, not one we hand you.
