What we do
We build houses from an empty lot and we rebuild houses that already exist. Everything below is run by our own superintendents, not brokered out to a rotating cast.
Ground-up homes on your lot, from foundation survey through final walkthrough.
DetailsDown to the studs and back up, with the structure and systems corrected on the way.
DetailsThe two rooms that carry a house — rebuilt to survive daily use, not just photos.
DetailsMore square footage that reads as original, not as something bolted on later.
DetailsDrawings, engineering, and the permit run — handled before a shovel moves.
DetailsRoof, windows, stucco, and drainage — the assembly that keeps Florida weather outside.
DetailsHow a project runs
Four stages, in this order, every time. The schedule is published before demolition starts and updated every Friday.
We meet at the property, not at a showroom. An hour on site tells us more about what your project costs than any questionnaire.
You get stamped drawings and a line-item price built from real subcontractor bids — not an allowance sheet that inflates later.
We submit to the county and publish a week-by-week schedule you can hold us to. You will know what happens the week of March 12.
One superintendent, one crew, weekly photo updates. We close with a punch list you write, not one we hand you.

Single-story modern build with a 30-foot clear span living room — engineered steel where a truss would not carry it.

A 1970s ranch given a new entry sequence, structural header, and a warm cedar face that carries into the interior.
An hour on site tells us more than any form. We will walk the property, talk through what is realistic, and follow up with a line-item number.
